If you're blowing in the wind
Life isn't always like a box of chocolates. Sometimes it's more like Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans (yes, ear-wax is apparently a flavour). As adults we often face challenges that we were never prepared for, like:
- Insecurity over our worth, our value and our contributions,
- Confusion about what we should be doing with our lives and what the purpose of it all is,
- Interpersonal problems with family members, friends and co-workers,
- Not knowing the steps to take to reach our goals,
- Feeling stuck, unable to move through life in healthy ways, and
- Being unsure of the best ways set ourselves up for success in our careers.
These are not trivial challenges that can be resolved with generic, Googled answers. These challenges require a customized, one-on-one, problem solving approach with someone who has tasted the ear-wax and can help you see the best way forward.

Through the Personal Empowerment Programme, you will find,

- You will increase your capacity to love, not only others, but also yourself,

Being able to work with a coach to overcome your unique challenges will give you the confidence and self-assurance you need to create a happy, fulfilling life.

Meet and Greet
The first session is all about getting to know each other. We'll talk about some of your current struggles and the plan for the coming sessions.

Module 1: Grounding
Rediscovering your right to be alive, to take space,be happy, and to build the life you really want.

Understand your connection to your emotions and infuse your days with slices of joy.

Module 3: Act
Explore your ability to act, discover what is in your control, in your sphere of influence and how to deal with what is out of your control.

Module 4: Love
If you had to name the things you love, how long before you name yourself? Learn to increase your capacity to love, not only others, but also yourself,

Module 5: Speak your Truth
Learn what it means and how it feels to speak your truth and discover a new-found courage you didn't know you had.

Take a step back to see the bigger picture. Learn how to see your life more clearly and live more intuitively.

Module 7: Connect with the Divine
The last module focuses on connecting to a higher power, whatever that may look like to you. Whether it is God, the Universe, Nature, or another form of the Divine.

Estie has been building teams and cultures in organizations for the last 15 years, ranging from project offices and delivery teams to service desk, support and customer success teams.
Estie loves understanding how people think and function best, a passion which she combines with her corporate experience to help companies create better places to work and to help employees to be happier and more productive.
